Letter: Thanks for the tribute

At 8:50 a.m. May 8 the Oregon National Guard made a flyover to show, respect, honor, and a big thank you for all the medical, police, firefighters, grocery and all other essential personnel. The aircraft flew right over our house in Salmon Creek, turned slowly to the south to do the same honors in Portland. As an Air Force veteran, I saluted as they flew past. So, in closing I personally would like to give a big thanks for all the above mentioned people for what you do.
