Letter: State keeps piling on residents

It’s great that Clark County may soon have the state’s permission to apply for the restoration of some of the rights and freedoms of its residents. It reminds me of the Dump Truck Theory. The theory goes: Dump a load of manure on a person, and when you take a couple of shovels off, they feel better.
