MINNEHAHA — Volunteers at Furry Friends have been busy at the shelter during the pandemic. Furry Friends is a no-kill animal shelter still working to adopt cats during the pandemic. The nonprofit has “a handful of cats waiting for veterinarians to open up so we can have medical procedures done on the cats,” according to an email from Marketing Director Diane Stevens. Kittens won’t be adoptable until the end of June. For more information, visit www.furryfriendswa.org or find them on Facebook.
