The Port of Vancouver has approved a five-year lease with Washougal-based Printforia Inc., a custom clothing provider that uses inkjet technology to print on cotton fabric.

The company needed a larger facility to keep pace with its growth, according to a press release from the port. The lease includes 38,800 square feet of warehouse space that will serve as a second location for the company.

The port’s Board of Commissioners approved the five-year lease Tuesday morning. The port will provide tenant improvements including new LED lighting. The lease includes a five-year extension option.
