PORTLAND — A woman was arrested on suspicion of stabbing her housemate Monday night in Southeast Portland, police say.

Olivia Doyle-Joseph, 20, is accused of assault, unlawful use of a weapon and harassment in the incident, which happened in a home in the 14300 block of Southeast Alder Street. She’s being held in the Multnomah County Detention Center on $259,000 bail.

Her housemate suffered a stab wound to her lower back, according to Portland police. She was taken to a hospital for treatment of the injury.

A knife was seized as evidence, police said. No information about the circumstances of the stabbing has been released.
