Letter: Trump is not good for America

Trump supporters list a number of reasons that they are voting for Trump. Religious freedom. What more freedom do they need? They can go to church anytime they want to worship. They can study the Bible at different church classes. It goes on and on. They still have their guns. All we as society request is responsible gun ownership, like not leaving a loaded gun available for a child to get their hands on. They now have their judges. What does taking health care away from 29 million people have to do with the Constitution? How does ruling in favor of corporate polluters have anything to do with the Constitution? The return of our troops? We all want that but pulling them out of Germany is dangerous. Mr. Putin has wanted that for decades.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
