Letter: Check news sources, then vote

There is one thing that I have to agree with Donald Trump about, and that is that there is a lot of fake news circulating across our nation as election time draws near.

Many of the fake news stories that we hear probably come from several different sources. Sad to say that those fake news sources can and do cause some voters to believe them and vote accordingly. I hope that if you have already marked your ballot, you will do as I do and take time to carefully review some of the stories currently in circulation to try to decide if some of those stories are, in fact, nothing more than a fake news story.

As Nov. 3 rapidly approaches, there is one thing that many of us believe, and that is that a huge share of those fake news stories come from just one source, and that source is Donald J. Trump.

In closing, here’s hoping that you will be voting in this general election.
