Since the Republicans continue to seek repeal of the Affordable Care Act in the Supreme Court, can we expect them to reveal the particulars of their replacement plan? Will that replacement plan allow insurers to charge higher premiums for people with pre-existing conditions? Will that replacement plan impose caps on maximum annual or lifetime benefits? Will that replacement plan eliminate some or all of the preventative care provided by the Affordable Care Act? Or is there any replacement plan at all?
