Battle Ground Mayor Adrian Cortes will deliver the State of the City address Thursday.
The virtual address will begin at 6 p.m. It is expected to highlight new city services and recognize city partnerships, according to a news release from the city.
Video will be available on the city’s website, Facebook page and YouTube channel.
A transcript will also be posted on the city website.
