Letter: Stop being mean, hurtful

By Patricia Joy Stepp, Vancouver

As a healthy octogenarian I wish to enjoy my retirement by having fun. My glass has always been half full and I try not to complain. We have to make the very best of this trial we are enduring. Global warming and fires and melting ice caps are bad enough.

I see people being mean and hurtful to each other. Do you want to live forever, or have it just seem like forever?
