LAKE SHORE: In honor of President Joe Biden’s inauguration, Loise-Elaine Smith-Zoll decorated her Lakeview Estates home with patriotic bunting and a new American Flag. Smith-Zoll, who has been active in the Miss America organization, said that this will be the 100th year for the competition. Plans for a celebration are still to be determined due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
