The Clark County Charter Review Commission appointed Bridget McLeman to fill an at-large commission seat at its June 30 meeting.

McLeman’s term ends Dec. 31, at the latest. The position is one of three at-large positions on the commission.

McLeman’s work experience includes serving as regional director of the Children’s Home Society. She also serves on the Clark County Community Action Advisory Board, Sherwood Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Association Council of Clark County, and she is chair of the Outsiders Inn board.

The 15-member Charter Review Commission is tasked with reviewing the county’s home rule charter approved by voters in November 2014. Any changes to the charter that the review commission recommends would go to a countywide vote in a general election.
