A developer has submitted a preliminary application to build a pair of multi-family residential buildings totaling four units on a 0.15-acre site at 1919 Davis Ave., with a connected roof structure over an on-site parking area.

The buildings would feature two two-bedroom units, an accessible unit and a two-bedroom townhouse, totaling about 6,000 square feet, according to the project narrative in the pre-application packet. A pre-application conference with the city has been scheduled for 11 a.m. July 8.
