Regarding Bob Harper’s letter (“Mask precaution needs to stop,” Our Readers’ Views, June 25), I require a little clarification. Let me see if I’ve got this right: Requiring a 7-year-old child to mask up during soccer practice is child abuse, but conducting soccer practice for 7-year-olds in 95-degree heat is not? Just wondering. Maybe Mr. Harper’s outrage is misplaced.
