Resignation of Camas Mayor McDonnell opens seat for election

The resignation of Camas Mayor Barry McDonnell on Tuesday means the city’s open mayoral position will be added to the list of offices up for election. Candidates may file with the county beginning Monday through May 21.

To determine if you meet all the qualifications for an elective office, refer to the “2021 Candidate Guide and Local Voters’ Pamphlet Specifications” that can be found on the Clark County Elections Department website at clark.wa.gov/elections.
