The Republican Party has become a delusional mess.
They oust Liz Cheney but accept Marjorie Taylor Greene. Seriously?
They cannot win with their policies, but instead of offering what people want, they pass laws making it harder for people to vote.
They don’t even attempt to govern properly. Mitch McConnell has publicly said “100 percent” of his efforts are focused on blocking everything the Biden administration does. Apparently, he wants Biden, and thus America, to fail.
And they are still spreading the lie that the election was “stolen,” though every state verified their votes, and they lost over 50 court cases challenging the results. They still grovel at the feet of a man who places ego above truth.
In Arizona, they are again recounting the 2020 ballots. Unbelievable. They should recall the fiasco that was the Gore/Bush presidential race. When that national election hinged on only a few hundred votes, and the Supreme Court nixed any chance for an obviously needed recount, Republicans cheered, declaring loudly that the election was finished, and Democrats should “Get Over It!”
They should take their own advice. Trump lost. Get over it. Put on your “big boy pants” and act like adults. Or at least try to act like Americans.
