Letter: Negativism begets negativism

I am so tired of Jay Ambrose’s small-minded, negative op-eds. I do not know if it is a good or bad thing President Biden is doing, pushing pharmaceutical companies to share their COVID-19 vaccine formulas with the world.

There are times in our history, I feel, when we as a nation are called upon to activate our “better angels” side. The pharmaceutical companies spend a ton of money coming up with new drugs, vaccines to aid us in our health and survival. They also have made a fortune with these discoveries over the decades. They are now in a position to give back some of that wealth and show the world that they are generous in their humanitarian hearts, not just in it for the almighty dollar. Mr. Ambrose needs to start showing his better angel side also, as negativism begets negativism. A dark place to abide. Help America to heal. Stop bad-mouthing and start contributing some positivity.
