Letter: Bad drivers in Fisher’s Landing

I am writing about a couple things I believe Washington and Oregon drivers do around the Fisher’s Landing area. I know we all make mistakes but these situations are getting bad.

First off, it irks me that so many drivers are so irresponsible to not use their turn signals. I don’t know where they are going. They just step on their brakes and then turn. Come on, folks. It isn’t that hard to move a little lever up or down.

Secondly, state Highway 14 has become a Daytona Speedway with people driving 75 to 80 mph. What the heck is the rush? And the people driving 50 to 60 mph on Southeast 34th Street. You have to be on your toes to get on 34th from any side streets.

Please people, slow down a little and don’t hurt yourself or some other people.
