The Columbia Street bike lane has connected us to this community in wonderfully safe and joyful ways. We are in our 70s, and regularly e-bike from our home north of state Highway 500, down Columbia Street, to downtown Vancouver, along the river, or out to Vancouver Lake and Frenchman’s Bar. We appreciate all the efforts of citizens and city government to make this community safe and fun.
