I’m not a big wine-drinker. Or rather, I’m not anymore. I used to be, when I lived in California. The romance of sunny vineyards would draw me and my husband out of bed on a Saturday morning. We’d drive south to Temecula and stop at our favorite tasting rooms: Thornton, Callaway, Maurice Car’rie and Wilson Creek.
