Letter: Weak president encourages enemies

After a year of political madness, it is difficult to choose a subject to pen.

Woke distric attorneys breaking down our civilization and the radicals’ war on cops certainly needs attention. A wide-open southern border that is so bad it appears to be managed by the cartel, should be investigated. A climate scam will make the elite richer and us peons poorer. Of course the climate changes. Socialists can’t change that fact with all the world’s money. Racist “cards” dealt out to cover up Democrats’ failures are troubling. They change the narrative of truth to “America is racist.” Joe Biden’s foreign policy weakness left behind hundreds of Americans in Afghanistan and 13 soldiers were killed. Are they all back home?

But the most pertinent topic today may be Russia and China rattling their sabers. A weak U.S. presidency only encourages our enemies to expand their territories. Or should I simply write: Stand up. The next two elections may be our last if we sit on our hands, the fence, or won’t rise from the sofa to vote. If the woke win, we all lose. Join the Republicans and stop the madness.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
