A man was found dead Thursday morning, lying in a ditch full of water in Battle Ground.
Battle Ground police and Clark County Fire District 3 responded at 7:54 a.m. to Southeast Grace Avenue near Southeast 3rd Street where someone reported a person in the ditch.
Paramedics declared the man dead, according to the police department. Battle Ground police and and the Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office are investigating the death.
Officials have not identified the man.
