Letter: Kraft’s trip not worth it

So I see Rep. Vicki Kraft attended a symposium given by a pillow salesman touting long-since-debunked conspiracy theories about the 2020 election being stolen from Donald Trump.

I’m a bit surprised she was able to take time out of her busy schedule screaming at high school kids for wearing masks to do so. I guess if it’s on the taxpayers’ dime, she’ll find the time. Hope those high-end dinners tasted good and that plush hotel room that was paid for by our tax dollars was to your liking, Vicki. Did you go ahead and fly first class?

In what way was this “event” something that would justify using our tax dollars to attend it? Why do I think that if this was a Democrat who did something along these lines, she’d be screaming as loud about this as she does at school kids for wearing masks?
