Letter: Don’t deny reality of racism

Those who, like Roy Schimelpfenig, (“We are not a racist nation,” Our Readers’ Views, Jan. 4) deny the reality of racism in America, all seem to have at least one thing in common; and while I have never met Schimelpfenig, it’s a safe bet he is no exception.

The one thing they all share? They are white.
