Letter: Support Ridgefield schools

By Dean Stenehjem, Ridgefield
Published: January 25, 2022, 6:00am

I’m a resident of Ridgefield, a proud parent of two successful young men that graduated after receiving a great education. Like parents today, we moved to Ridgefield in the early ’90s because of good schools. I want our current students to have the same opportunities, but we need facilities to handle the growth, while continuing excellence in education.

I was committed to my sons’ excellent educational opportunities and want the same for current students in Ridgefield. Proposition 7 will provide the facilities to help provide those opportunities. Vote yes on Proposition 7.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
