The computer chip shortage may be a blessing in disguise for the auto industry. I think it would be an advantage to return to vehicles that the owner could work on in his own garage. Return to the basic cars and trucks, that came with only AM radios and crank-up windows. Let the kids experience how good vehicles were back in the ’50s.
