One Stop shopping center sold in Camas

CAMAS — Camas’ One Stop Shopping Center has been sold.

The 38,850-square-foot, single-story building and its 2.44 acre property were sold by Perseverance LLC and bought by KH Properties LLC for $5.35 million.

The shopping center was built in Camas in 1959. The building, at 3504-3536 N.E. Third Ave., is completely occupied at present, with new stores including Core Industries and Hometown Furniture.

The sale was brokered by Todd VanDomelen with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc.
