Tell us your breast cancer tips, advice

The Columbian
Published: July 31, 2022, 6:00am

Who better to offer advice to women receiving breast cancer diagnoses than those who have already walked the path?

The Columbian is looking for breast cancer survivors to offer tips and advice to those who are receiving the diagnosis or undergoing treatment. These words of wisdom — whether essential items to bring to chemotherapy treatments, uplifting books to read or words of encouragement — will appear in The Columbian’s annual breast cancer section publishing Oct. 9. Please send submissions of 250 words or fewer to Erin Middlewood, erin.middlewood@columbian.com, by Aug. 29. Be sure to include your name, your city of residence and information about your own breast cancer diagnosis.
