Letters: Logical thinking goes out the window

The past three years have really caused some very sober thinking about the status of the United States, with a lack of belief in the 2020 election results, January riot in D.C., and mass shootings in schools and in cities. Throughout the mess, our esteemed leaders don’t know what to do because their party leaders have no common sense.

The only cure I can think of besides replacing each of them is to remove all their chairs.

It is obvious that the longer they sit down, the less blood gets to their brains and all logical thinking goes out the window. They must follow the party’s way of thinking or else lose all support to be reelected.

Has any one of them ever taken a civics course in a nonpartisan school?

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
