Educational Service District 112 is seeking applicants to fill the position of District 5 director following the death of Marilyn Koenninger, who served on the board for 34 years.
The District 5 position services parts of Vancouver Public Schools and Evergreen Public Schools, the two largest school districts in Clark County. Applicants for the position must be registered to vote and reside within the boundaries of District 5 in order to qualify.
Board member positions are unpaid and attend monthly meetings at the district’s headquarters in Vancouver. Applicants may not be active board members or employees of a public or private school district, educational service district or Office of State Superintendent of Public Instruction.
