Three Vancouver-area Banner Bank employees have been selected to receive the Banner’s Best award for surpassing their individual professional goals last year, as well as providing exceptional customer service: George Martin III, vice president, senior commercial relationship manager; Nathan Stafford, vice president, branch manager, east Vancouver branch; and Greg Usselman, senior vice president, commercial banking division director.

Fewer than 5 percent of employees receive Banner’s Best awards. Recipients are selected by members of executive leadership.

Katie Atkinson has joined the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce as membership relations manager. She recently relocated from Wenatchee, where she worked as a sales manager in the hospitality industry.

As the membership relations manager, Atkinson will assist in identifying new businesses, onboarding, and retaining chamber members. She will work to build lasting relationships between the chamber and local organizations and business owners.

The Columbian welcomes submissions about Clark County residents or businesses, as well as regional business events. Information must be received by noon of the Tuesday preceding the intended Sunday publication date. Send to hope.martinez@columbian.com or fax 360-735-4540. Sales awards are not published.
