The Cinema of Horrors drive-in movie experience returns to the Clark County Event Center at the Fairgrounds, 17402 N.E. Delfel Road, Ridgefield, with classic horror movies playing Friday through Halloween night, Oct. 31.

The monthlong festival showcases 16 spooky films, complete with monsters lurking outside car windows and live, cinema-quality special effects.

The drive-in experience lasts approximately two hours depending on film length and features high-quality sound and lighting, in-car audio, Hollywood-quality makeup and professional actors in realistic costumes.

Family nights featuring less-frightening films are Oct. 13 (“Beetlejuice”), Oct. 20 (“Hocus Pocus”) and Oct. 27 (“Ghostbusters”). Gates open at 5 p.m. and films begin at 7 p.m. Tickets range from $49 to $69 per car.

Tickets are available online only; no tickets are sold at the gate. See the full list of dates and films and purchase tickets at ridgefield.cinemaofhorrors.com.
