Letter: Support Roberts for county council

By Jennifer Giles, Vancouver
Published: October 18, 2022, 6:00am

Chartisha Roberts will bring knowledge and honesty to the Clark County Council. She will serve everyone in the community, not herself. She will use her professional skills, compassion and strong character to improve Clark County and build opportunities for everyone to succeed.

As we see in her campaign, she focuses on the reality of the job and community, not incendiary partisan extremism and misleading rhetoric about issues over which the council has no jurisdiction. She works with and for people, not powerful special interests. That’s a change everyone should be excited to vote for.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
