Kellen Desbiens threw a fourth-quarter touchdown and go-ahead two-point conversion as the Monarchs survived a defensive struggle in tough conditions in Longview.

Trailing 12-6 and facing fourth and goal from the 6, Desbiens fumbled as he rolled out, but collected the ball and found a wide-open Cade Warren in the end zone.

The ensuing two-point try put the Monarchs ahead 14-12 with 5:16 to play.

Mark Morris (7-1, 5-1) wrapped up the No. 2 seed in the Class 2A Greater St. Helens League.

Woodland (4-4, 3-3) got touchdown rushes from Cade Northcutt and Landon Utter, whose 7-yard run put the Beavers ahead 12-6 in the third quarter.
