Times are changing. Incumbent Clark Public Utilities leaders do not recognize what is happening. We need new leadership to move our utility to adopt clean energy, prepare for more electric vehicles and reduce fossil-fuel heating and cooling. The city of Vancouver is preparing an ambitious climate action strategy, but Clark Public Utilities is not cooperating.
