Letter: Vote to save country

Donald Trump still claims to be the most investigated president ever. It’s true. No other president has ever committed so many crimes. Joe Kent, a friend of extremist groups, lies about what he has said, then flips back when he’s with his extremist audiences. Tiffany Smiley, running for the Senate, still supports Trump’s Big Lie. And there’s Michelle Belkot, running for Clark County Council, who protested against vaccines, masking, and gun control, and supported a resolution for Clark County to ignore pandemic health advice, showing that she believes politicians over doctors.

You can have these people running our country, or you can vote blue and save it.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
