Freshman Kolten Gesser throws three TD passes as Seton Catholic beats Goldendale 39-20

Freshman quarterback Kolten Gesser threw three second-quarter touchdown passes and the Seton Catholic defense scored two touchdowns in the Cougars’ 39-20 win over Goldendale.

Lucas Morris returned a fumble for a touchdown in the first quarter to give Seton Catholic a 12-0 lead.

Gesser threw two touchdown passes to Ryker Ruelas and a third to Max Ackerman in the second quarter as the Cougars took a 32-0 lead into halftime.

Jacob Williams returned a fumble 80 yards for a touchdown in the third quarter to put Seton up 39-0 before Goldendale rallied for three second-half scores.

Seton Catholic (1-1) hosts Life Christian of Tacoma in a non-league next Friday.
