Clark County Vital Records office to offer in-person services

Clark County Public Health’s Vital Records office will be open for in-person services five days per week starting Monday.

For those who prefer to place orders in-person, the Vital Records office will be open to the public from 8 a.m. to noon Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday.

Appointments will be necessary to visit the Vital Records office between noon and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

People can continue to place orders for birth and death certificates online or by mail. Details for ordering certificates are available on the Public Health website.

To schedule an appointment with Vital Records, visit the Public Health website. People who need help scheduling an appointment can call 564-397-8092 between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Public Health offices are in the Center for Community Health, 1601 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Building 17. The Center for Community Health is a health care facility and face masks are required to be worn in the building.
