Letter: Support Steinke for utilities

By Debbie Tomasovic, Vancouver
Published: September 22, 2022, 6:00am

Don Steinke is electric! A vote for Don Steinke for Clark Public Utilities District 2 is a vote to electrify Clark County in response to our climate crisis. Don will urge the utility to provide clean and affordable energy services for electric cars and electric heat pumps as soon as possible.

Don has been a sound, rational source of information and advocacy for environmentally concerned Clark County citizens for decades. He knows we cannot simply continue to talk about our climate concerns. Instead, Don will take needed action to electrify and protect this county we call home.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
