Alishawuan Taylor recorded his first collegiate touchdown on Saturday for Northern Arizona.
The redshirt sophomore from Union High School caught a 5-yard pass for his team’s only touchdown in a 27-10 loss to Idaho. It was the first catch of the season for Taylor, a tight end.
Taylor (6-foot-4, 250 pounds) played in six of his team’s final seven games as a redshirt freshman.
A member of Union’s 2018 state championship team, Taylor is studying Criminal Justice and plans to have a career in law enforcement.
