Evergreen Public Schools is hosting a fall family preview event focusing on the district’s comprehensive sexual health education curriculum. The event is from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 5 at the district’s administrative service center, 13413 N.E. LeRoy Haagen Memorial Drive in Vancouver.
The event will present an overview of FLASH curriculum for grades four through 12, show sample lessons, video segments, curriculum materials, and offer families and community members an opportunity to speak with district officials and program advisers.
A Russian-language session will be held virtually between 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 19. A Spanish-language session will also be held in the same location between 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 26.
