Vancouver police are searching for a man who shot through a McDonald’s drive-thru window Thursday morning in central Vancouver while the business was closed.

At 2:21 a.m. a white car, believed to be a BMW, pulled up to the drive-thru window at 2814 N.E. Andresen Road, according to a police department news release.

The driver tried to order food at the window, but employees told him the restaurant was closed. He then pulled out a gun and fired a shot through the window, the police department said. No one was injured.

Anyone with information about the identity of the man is asked to contact Vancouver police’s Major Crimes Unit at 360-487-7440.
