Is Cranston done presiding over ‘Your Honor’?

You have questions. I have some answers.

Will there be a third season of “Your Honor”?

The Showtime drama starring Bryan Cranston appears to be done after two seasons. Cranston said months ago that the second season would be the last.

Does Brendan Fraser have a twin brother who is an actor?

Fraser, Oscar winner for his performance in “The Whale,” does not have a twin. He does have three older brothers.

My wife and I very much enjoyed Benedict Cumberbatch in the series “Sherlock.” At the time of the last episode, there was some talk that Cumberbatch would do more “Sherlock” between other projects, but there have never been any more episodes. Do you have any information on this?

The most recent “Sherlock” with Cumberbatch in the title role and Martin Freeman as Watson aired back in 2017. A report in 2022 had Cumberbatch saying, “I like to say never say never … I guess it just has to be the right time. We are all really busy with other stuff.” (Among other things, both are part of the Marvel movie universe.) Another report around the same time in 2022 had series co-creator Steven Moffat saying he’d start making new episodes tomorrow if Cumberbatch and Freeman were on board. But, he added, “I don’t think that’s necessarily what they want to do now.”

Is that Kelly Hu from “BMF” who has a recurring role on “East New York”?

Hu does appear on both series, playing Allison Cha on the CBS drama “East New York” and Detective Veronica Jin on the Starz series “BMF.” Her long list of credits also includes “The Orville,” “Arrow,” “Warehouse 13” and “CSI: NY.”

Back in the 1950s or ’60s, there was a TV show called “Cannonball” about two truckers driving around the country. Could you give me more details about this show, and is it available on any services?

According to the reference book “Total Television,” “Cannonball” was a syndicated series in 1958. The half-hour episodes starred Paul Birch as Mike Malone and William Campbell as Jerry Austin. I have seen episodes posted on YouTube.

Over 50 years ago, I saw a movie that I thought was a little strange. But I am still thinking about it. I have tried to find a title, but no luck. All I know is that Donald Sutherland played a wealthy, sickly young man and it had music by Rod McKuen.

It appears that you saw “Joanna,” a 1968 movie starring Genevieve Waite, with a cast including Donald Sutherland and music by Rod McKuen. It was not a success when first released, but has remained in the public eye, including on DVD; I suspect that’s because of the McKuen connection.
