An award-winning satire tops the DVD releases for the week of April 25.
“Triangle of Sadness”: Swedish director Ruben Ostlund’s Cannes Palme d’Or winner takes aim at the 1 percent as a luxury cruise goes awry, upsetting the balance of power for the ultra-rich passengers and members of the yacht’s crew.
“Some of ‘Triangle of Sadness’ can be broad,” Boston Herald critic James Verniere writes. “But on the whole, the film is a funny and trenchant satire of our ridiculous state of affairs.”
