UPDATE: Jessica Rogers Fern has been located and is safe, the Ridgefield Police Department said in an Aug. 22 update.

The Ridgefield Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a 33-year-old woman who went missing Tuesday.

Jessica Rogers Fern was last seen at about 6 p.m. leaving her Ridgefield residence with her dog in her black Ford Edge, police said.

Her dog was found Wednesday morning at the Vancouver waterfront, and on Thursday, her vehicle was located near Clackamas Town Center in Oregon.

Rogers Fern is described as standing 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing about 100 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a flannel long sleeve, button-up shirt and black shorts.

The police department said it is working closely with Rogers Fern’s friends and family to locate her.

Anyone who’s seen or knows of her whereabouts should call 911 or contact Officer Tyler King at Tyler.King@ridgefieldwa.us.
