Evergreen Pollyannas, a former Girl Scouts troop, have stuck together for 75 years

Clark County’s first Girl Scouts troop was formed in 1948 and still meets, 75 years later, under the moniker the Evergreen Pollyannas. The Columbian has published several stories about the Pollyannas over the past 20 years, but this year is special. On Dec. 6, the Pollyannas celebrated their diamond anniversary at the Vancouver home of their first troop leader, 101-year-old Rose Funk.
