Vancouver Master Chorale is auditioning now for tenor and bass singers. Email Jana Hart at janahart2007@gmail.com to schedule an audition. The choir’s spring repertoire includes “Gloria” by Poulenc and Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, both with orchestra. Learn more at vancouvermasterchorale.org.

  • Second Story Gallery seeks submissions

The Second Story Gallery in the upper level of the Camas Public Library, 625 N.E. Fourth Ave, Camas, invites elementary-aged children to submit original art for its March exhibit, “Fill the Gallery,” with an opening reception from 5 to 8 p.m. March 1. Drop off artwork at the library’s front desk any time from Feb. 5-26 during regular library hours. Art-making workshops are offered from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Feb. 5 and from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Feb. 20. Young artists can also pick up a clay kit from the library, take it home to make a sculpture, and bring it back to the library.   • Gallery calls for exhibit proposals

Second Story Gallery invites all Clark County artists of all mediums to submit proposals for a solo or two-person exhibition in June. The exhibit’s aim is to showcase the richness of local talent by featuring a comprehensive selection of the artist or artists’ work. The deadline to submit proposals is Feb. 15.
