Update: Quarnieria was located safe with other family members in the Portland area, according to the Vancouver Police Department.
The city of Vancouver is asking for the public’s help locating an 11-year-old girl with a medical condition that places her at risk.
Quarnieria Pratcher was last seen Tuesday at her home near the 2500 Block of Fort Vancouver Way. She is 5 feet, 1 inch tall and about 180 pounds. Quarnieria was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and black sweatpants with a red 23 on each.
