Letter: Spending bill is flawed

There is so much negativity toward conservatives that I find it hard to make it through an article. An example: the opinion on the $1.7 trillion omnibus bill. The Democratic push, joined by a few disloyal Republicans to rush it to President Joe Biden? Four thousand pages? The political push it took to pass this monster violates the very rules and committee actions that we are supposed have with any bill, part of our constitutional process. Why was this done? To neutralize the new Republican House of cutting or changing funding on anything. Ukraine? Yes, that funding of the war, total disregard for our national security by underfunding security on the southern border. Democrats trying to control the House (they rightly lost) until the next cycle. Our people are killed by drugs laced with fentanyl, child sex trafficking, human trafficking, all through the southern border. Biden may as well be complicit with the cartels.
