The Vancouver Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find a missing, endangered man.

Lareal Williams, 23, is a Black man, about 5 feet, 9 inches tall and about 160 pounds. He was last seen about 2 p.m. Monday wearing an orange hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and black shoes.

“Lareal is schizophrenic and has diminished mental capacity with cognitive abilities of approximately a 7-year-old.  He also has poor memory recall which often causes issues with remembering his whereabouts or numbers for family,” according to a statement from Vancouver police.

Williams went missing from the area of Southeast 164th Avenue and Southeast 15th Street. He is unfamiliar with this area and may travel towards his known area of East Fourth Plain boulevard and Neals Lane.

Anyone with information about Williams’ whereabouts should contact police.
